Project Management

Within the Project Management work package, the Servicestelle Internationale Begegnungen ensures the successful implementation of the project. We coordinate the project partnership, plan and oversee project activities, manage financial administration and reporting, ensure quality management, facilitate communication among our partners, and monitor project progress to ensure that all project objectives are achieved on time.
