Disseminating Well-Being

Sharing to Create Change

Building Better School Communities Together

How can schools become places where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive?
Through the work package “Sharing to Create Change”, the European project partners bring together their experience, ideas, and successful practices to promote well-being sustainably in school communities.

Together, we develop innovative training programmes, workshops, and inspiring activities for teachers, non-teaching staff, parents, and students. Effective approaches from all partner countries are collected, adapted, and transformed into practical tools that can be integrated into everyday school life.

Learning, Empowering, Transforming

The activities focus on some of today’s most important challenges:

  • emotional self-awareness
  • stress management and resilience
  • mental health
  • mindfulness and self-care
  • social responsibility and inclusion

The programme includes face-to-face and online training sessions, interactive workshops, group discussions, physical activities, and creative well-being initiatives designed to strengthen school communities from within.

A special focus is placed on training Well-Being Ambassadors — motivated students and educators who actively promote positive change in their schools.

Sharing Knowledge Across Europe

As part of the project, two international webinars will showcase successful strategies and inspiring good practices developed by the partner institutions. These online events provide practical insights, fresh ideas, and opportunities for European exchange on promoting well-being in education.

International Well-being Education Fairs

One of the highlights of the project is the organization of four international Well-being Education Fairs across the participating countries.

These inspiring events will make well-being visible and tangible by presenting concrete good practices from across Europe, including:

  • mindfulness programmes
  • “Mindful Morning” activities
  • sports and movement initiatives
  • Well-Being Ambassadors
  • creative school initiatives supporting mental health

Each fair focuses on one of the four dimensions of well-being:

  • emotional
  • mental
  • social
  • physical

The fairs will open with inspiring keynote speeches on well-being and create spaces for dialogue, networking, and the exchange of ideas — both within school communities and beyond.

Creating Sustainable Change Together

“Sharing to Create Change” builds a strong European network committed to healthy, inclusive, and supportive schools. The project aims to develop sustainable methods and practical resources that can continue to strengthen well-being, equal opportunities, and positive school cultures long after the project ends.
