Disseminating Well-Being
Making Well-Being Visible and Creating Lasting Change
With Work Package 4, B4L brings the topic of well-being to the European stage. The goal is to make the project results visible, engage policymakers, and inspire sustainable change in education systems across Europe.
European Congresses for Exchange and Innovation
In Porto, La Rochelle, and Brussels, the project will organize international events bringing together experts from education, psychology, health, social sciences, and other related fields.
These congresses will create opportunities for:
- professional exchange,
- innovative ideas,
- international cooperation, and
- the presentation of successful good practices from schools and educational institutions.
Researchers, teachers, trainers, and partner organisations will share the latest findings and practical approaches to promoting well-being in schools.
Well-Being as a Political Priority
A highlight will be the event in Brussels, held in connection with the European Parliament. The project aims to strengthen dialogue with policymakers and collaborate with Members of the European Parliament and European networks to place well-being more firmly on the political agenda.
B4L advocates for mental health, social responsibility, and well-being to be recognised as essential foundations for successful education and healthy societies.
Well-Being Rooms: Spaces That Make a Difference
One of the project’s most visible and sustainable outcomes will be the creation of Well-Being Rooms in the partner schools.
These specially designed spaces will provide safe and supportive environments for:
- relaxation,
- mindfulness,
- dialogue,
- emotional support, and
- collaborative learning.
The Well-Being Rooms represent the project’s holistic approach and make well-being tangible in everyday school life.
Sustainable Impact Across Schools and Europe
This work package strengthens not only schools, but also European cooperation networks and cross-sector collaboration. Through congresses, workshops, training activities, scientific publications, and digital resources, the project creates long-term tools and inspiration for educational communities across Europe.
Key outcomes include:
- international Well-Being Congresses,
- Well-Being Rooms in partner schools,
- new school initiatives and Well-Being Ambassadors,
- stronger political dialogue at European level.
Shaping the Future Together
B4L demonstrates that well-being is not an additional task, but a fundamental condition for successful learning, social participation, and healthy school communities.
Through European cooperation, innovation, and policy dialogue, the project creates sustainable momentum for an educational culture that places people and well-being at its centre.
